California RDOF Eligibility Map: This resource provides reserve price and build out cost estimates for all RDOF-eligible locations in the state. Reserve price information is available without login, and build-out cost information is available with a login by signing a license agreement. This agreement is with CostQuest Associates, but access to the data is provided via the Geographic Information Center at California State University, Chico.

How to request access:

Use the following link to start the digital signature process for the License Agreement with CostQuest Associates. (California Broadband Data Asset Package License Agreement)

Once the License Agreement has been completed, the requesting party contact will be assigned credentials to login to the California RDOF Eligibility Map as well as an option to download the private cost model directly. Login credentials and data download access will be provided via a secure file share via CSU, Chico.

Login to the California RDOF Eligibility Map using the credentials provided. Reset your password when prompted. Use the RDOF Selection Tool to get information about specific RDOF Eligible areas and export the data.
